Reception Rental Fees

Saturday $3250/6 Hours $4750/9 Hours
Sunday $2150/6 Hours $3250/9 Hours

Time Blocks

Saturday: any 6 or 9 hours between 11am to 11pm

Sunday: any 6 or 9 hours between 11am to 10pm

Alwyngton Manor Event Rental is blocked in the following manner:

  • Events of 136 guests or less may book a 6 hour time block.
  • Events of 136 to 200 guests are required to book a 9 hour time block.    
  • Events of over 136 guests may be booked from mid May through early October only.
  • Events from December through April may not exceed 104 guests .

Rental Fees Include

  • Use of the first floor of the Manor, grounds and Rose Garden   
  • Two additional rooms on the second floor (wedding party only)    
  • Two vases of fresh flowers  
  • Two hours of consulting services  
  • Event set-up  
  • Complete event management  
  • 45 minutes of rehearsal time (Thursday or Friday)  
  • Carefully screened vendor list

Wedding Fee

            $450 in conjunction with any reception time

Deposit   

            $1000 for 6 hour block, $1500 for 9 hour block and events booked more than 17 months in advance                 

Alwyngton is a private residence, appointments are required.
